It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Offering great views of the city from the balcony and rooftop garden this new building has all new stylish furnishings, original artwork and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Our cleaners are now taking extra care and common areas including stair railings etc are also sanatized .

"Foveaux" is one of three small self contained suites. The space similar to a mini hotel room with an apartment style common entrance; a quirky Newtown experience.The suite has a dark moody pallet which is finished in a mix of modern pop art, pink neon and antique ware. There is a small internal shower-room en suite . There is a well lit Hollywood vanity, which doubles as a kitchenette containing bar fridge, basic food prep, reheat cooking and dining equipment.

There are two train stations in walking distance that will take you to the city or to the beach. The Studio has it own private access and the Studio itself is a totally private space.
