It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free). Sauna(extra cost). New! Hot Tub ( extra cost)subject to availability.

Welcome to our cozy family-friendly house. Just 8 mins walk to the sea and 20 mins to the lake. Enjoy the inviting living area, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Explore sandy beaches and nearby amenities. Views from the house are to the garden and to the forest. Best for a week to two stay and two to three people. You will find great bakery and with breakfast and lunch offers right across the street. Therefore there are some nice restaurants and shop in 5 minutes walk.

Our house is a nice place for families to stay at. It is located in the quiet part of Jurmala and is a perfect place for relaxing holiday. The beach is only 5 minutes’ walk away, there is a forest just in 20 meters from the house. There is very good train and bus connection to Riga, which is only 45 minutes by train away. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Pets are allowed but are subject for approval. Hot tub is for additional price of 50 EUR

Cottage by the sea

A saunacottage by the sea with a shared yard. We love to chat and entertain and welcome friendly visitors with pets and kids, dogs can go on the beach here. Now we have long meadow grass. A double mattress is accessible by ladder + a sofa on the ground floor. Not for extensive cooking (a microwave, fridge, sandwich toaster, gas grill). The table and chairs are outside. Next to a good Ukrainian restaurant.

Beach old fisherman's house

Stay in a renovated fisherman's house just 150m from Jūrmala beach, complete with lifeguard tower for safety. Ideal for families, it's near a children's park with swings and a skatepark. Enjoy local cuisine at the nearby "Kūriņš" restaurant. Major shopping centers like Lidl, Rimi, and Maxima are also within easy reach. Buildings interior is fully renovated, exterior is a work in progress.
