It is a perfect base for a family holiday or a couples getaway exploring the Fraser Coast and our beautiful heritage city "Maryborough". The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

Enjoy the sanctuary of a quiet street among Rainbow locals and still only a 10 minute walk to all shops/bars/restaurants and most importantly the beach! We are a young family so please be aware that 2 young children live above the self contained apartment.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything you will need. Rest and relax around the pool and then walk to the Thai restaurant for dinner. Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
