There's nothing like being directly on the water! Relax and rejuvenate in this Chesapeake waterfront estate home which includes private pier, hot tub and fire pit. Crab or fish off the pier or take the kayak out to see the Chesapeake bay wildlife. Try out paddle boarding! Sit around the fire pit at night or watch the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub. Cook wonderful meals in our well-equipped kitchen. Or try some our local restaurants. Great place for families or multi family groups.

Inquire first on pets, there is a 50 lb. weight limit total, can be split up between 2 small dogs or 1 at 50lbs or less,must be house broken and friendly. Close to Saint Mary's historic city, Pt. Lookout State Park, Sotterley Plantation. Great hiking trails, restored colonial village,a replica of the Maryland Dove. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! Lots of hiking and water sports abound in the area. A short drive south is Solomon’s island. This is a safe space for all🥰
