Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce à la gentillesse et à la générosité de nos hôtes. Malgré la barrière de la langue (nous sommes français), nous avons bien communiqué et avons pu échanger de façon conviviale. L'endroit est très paisible, avec un magnifique jardin. Nous avons reçu tellement de belles attentions, et en sommes très reconnaissants. Merci beaucoup pour ces moments de partage hors du temps et si précieux pour nous. Je recommande à quiconque souhaite découvrir cet endroit !

Margarita's place is perfectly located in the heart of Gyumri. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Margarita is a welcoming and helpful host, and responds promptly to queries. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable, and well equipped. The decor is quirky and well done. And it gives a glimpse of the stones that make Gyumri in its very walls. Highly recommended.

The 3 nights I spent here was absolutely fine in every way. Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, kettle, microwave, an extremely handy washing machine, as well as a nice selection of tea bags and coffee sachets. I couldn't fault the shower and toilet? And the living space is well sized with TV that has international channels, an extremely comfy double bed, big wardrobe, and a nice L shaped dining area. Vahe as a host is very responsive! You could call or message him throughout the day during your time in the city if needed. He even booked me a Yan-dex taxi from the airport due to my phone not being able to accept the app? Top host, lovely apartment, very well located!

The accommodation was well-furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, in a walkable distance from city center. All in all, this place offered great value and I would recommend it to others.

Excellent place to chill and rest from city noise. The apartment was very beautiful designed, it was extremely cleaned, there was no TV and that was a plus, because the sound system and the cd collections gave the vibe you need from time to time. I definitely know where to stay next time visiting Gyumri. Keep up the great service !!!

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.
