The view was incredible! We loved hearing the waves and watching the sunset! We walked the beach to local food spots and enjoyed being close to the rainforest tour we went on. Friendly, helpful security guard. Communication was excellent!

Mark was a very friendly and accommodating host. His place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool! Place was clean and in a great location. The building could use some updating (not Mark's fault). And I would say if you're scared of heights, this probably isn't the condo for you. But if you're not, what a view!

Súper buena estadía’

It was a great place to stay for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely beautiful views! Great amenities in the condo. The property was a bit confusing and our driver couldn’t find “cluster 2” and we had to ask a few people for directions. Also hard to get any food delivered. We walked to the main hotel (through the golf course) and ate there. Food was great, but expensive!

Pros: Damary's unit is 10/10 in terms of elevated ocean view, clean and beautifully kept unit having all required amenities. Beach is just a step away though we didn't got much time to explore it as the view itself was awesome. Places like El Yunke National forest, Ceiba Ferry terminal , Luquillo beach & Kiosks are within 30 mins drive. Damary was very responsive and helpful overall on any queries and instructions Cons: But the condo as a whole is kind of worn out. Also the immediate surroundings are not that clean or visually good. Will look like abandoned. Parking was free and available but kind of un-maintained. The spot we have option was dripping water all the time on top of car. Too many cats in the place with poops here and there. Lifts are not safe and in a grave condition , too noisy and crackles as we use. No one will feel safe in it. But Damary mentioned it will be replaced soon hopefully. But going by the views we can definitely like to come back

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

My parents and I stay in this lovely apartment. My mom is handicap and this place was perfect for her. Kathy and her mom were very communicative. The apartment is exactly what the description says and more. Great beach, secure complex and very comfortable apartment. Lovely place to stay to enjoy time off. We definitely will be back!

The accommodation is located right on the beach, so the view from the balcony is fantastic. You can sit for hours, admire the scenery, and listen to the waves. The restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. Anderson responded quickly and was very helpful. There are a few things that could be updated in the apartment, but overall, it's a good choice if you're traveling to Luquillo.

Would absolutely stay here again! Loved the beach, the pools, and the resort itself was great! Highly recommend :)

Lily’s place was wonderful. From the proactive communication to make sure we had a smooth check-in to the beautiful views of the beach and ocean, this was a great spot to stay at. There are various restaurants within walking distance and with ocean views. There is a town square nearby where we had delicious breakfast, amazing coffee and local pastries. Thank you for opening your place to us, it made our stay memorable and we look forward to visiting again! 😎

Very comfortable, nice location, nice pool, beautiful beaches in the area. Luis was very responsive and recommended nice places.

David is a great host!

Not a single thing to complain about! We checked in smoothly and a front desk agent ended up chasing us to the elevator to apologize deeply for the mix up on their end of giving us a rainforest view and not ocean (i didn’t know we were supposed to be getting a specific view). The resort ended up giving us a $100 credit to use at the multiple beautiful resort restaurants/ bars as an apology! Score! Our room was stunning and had plenty of space. The kitchenette was great. If we ever end up here again, I’d definitely book this room again!

Adriana’s place was perfect for our girl’s trip. We loved the location - secluded and close to the private beach. It was also close to other beaches too! We felt safe since it was a gated community. The beds were comfortable, but it is true that the twin bed isn’t really a third bedroom. The patio was wonderful to hang on in the mornings/evenings while relaxing, especially the hammock. There were only 3 beach chairs provided, which was a bit of a bummer for our group of 4. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Things were as expected with the room, very good location next to the beach in a family friendly resort, yet close to El Yunque and not far from San Juan or Fajardo.

Great location - right next to El Yunque and only about half an hour away from San Juan. The house had several amenities and felt super comfy as if I was at my own home. Rose was super responsive and welcomed me and my boyfriend for a last minute reservation. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be in a prime location without breaking their pockets in San Juan.

Great place! Everything was perfect, the pool is so pretty and there were so many towels to use for the beach and shower. I have no complains on the house it’s a great deal!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Rosiris was very respectful and responsive. We were able to check-in early without a problem. We enjoyed our stay and the host responded quickly to all messages.

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

Nice and cozy used the washer left my clothes on the line to dry and a huge storm came thru though forsure they were gonna be gone lmao but nope still there nice area
