For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

Situated on the slopes of the Swartruggens range, Dragon Rock boasts never-ending views across the Ceres Karoo to the Roggeveld mountains. It is perfect for those looking for privacy and tranquility. It has a large elevated private pool deck with a separate wood fired pool. The interior of Dragon Rock has an open plan living area with a closed fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. An ideal getaway for bird-watching, hiking, mountain-biking, stargazing and total peace and quiet.

Heidi’s Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.
