This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

It is decorated with European and American period pieces and decor. Enjoy great nights rest on brand new mattresses. Three roomy bedrooms are provided with closets and dressers in which to keep your clothes. Includes one King bed and two Queen. The full size kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking supplies and brand new appliances.

Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends at one of the restaurants downtown. Please note our home has security cameras at the front door and on the back porch.
