Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. This home is a comfortable and inviting place to spend your time when not exploring the waterfront, great restaurants, or whatever is bringing you to this beautiful historical city. You can also enjoy our closest beach located in Pawley's Island or even take a day trip to Charleston.

Beach Suite

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!

427 Broad Street

This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building.This is a perfect spot to stay while enjoying this beautiful historic town.
