Our modern furnished home is nestled into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just 10 short minutes from the heart of Raleigh. 4 King beds with 1 queen pullout allows for 10 people to sleep comfortably. There is a large bonus room upstairs with games and designated play area for children and adults. 3 brand new desks are available for working guests, along with a screened in porch to enjoy the breeze. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table that can seat up to 8 guests.

Park in the driveway and head down the stone steps to your private apartment with double‑door entry and a peaceful wooded view. Inside, enjoy a ping pong table, games, TV, an exercise bike, a walk‑in shower, a workspace, and a quiet bedroom with a comfy queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ice maker, and complimentary coffee and snacks. We live in the main house above, so light footsteps may be heard; if you need complete quiet, this may not be the best fit.
