I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. The Loft is on the same premises as Foam House with a separate entrance from the parking area. The famous Blouberg beach and promenade is situated at the top of our road. This beautiful space encompasses a light and bright double volume studio with the main bedroom in the loft enjoying views of the park opposite, set above the open plan living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom. Off street secure parking is available. Meals are available on request from the main house.

Please note, this apartment does NOT have a stove or oven but is equipped with a microwave. You'll find an outdoor seating area next to the apartment entrance.
