The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The area is a interesting also for hip youngsters (pro tip - Cafe Letka, Bistro 8, Page five, Pho Letná or Cobra bar.

Už jste někdy bydleli v domě zahrnutém v zemi??? Takovou možnost vám nabízíme u nás v domě v industrálním stylu u malé vinice s pochozí zelenou střechou. V parných létech i v chladných dnech vás čeká příjemné klima podporované rekuperací. K domu přiléhá zahrada se vzrostlými jehličnany, listnatými keři a trávníkem. Zahrada je oplocena. Chata u Jezera

Chata se nachází na břehu Milčanského rybníka, asi 13 min autem od České Lípy v nádherném borovicovo-březovém lese. Objevili jsme ji úplnou náhodou a byla to láska na první pohled. Prošla velkou rekonstrukcí, aby byla přesně podle našich představ a nyní, když je vše hotovo, se o ni rádi podělíme, protože chceme, aby měl každý možnost čerpat energii z tohohle krásného koutu Čech.
