Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Recently completed flat with own access next to our modern house. Within a 5 minute walk to the river and High Street, and a 10 minute walk to the station. The setting is very quiet and the flat has been built to a high standard with a wonderful picture window giving the impression of being in the trees, and solar shading to keep the other aspect cool. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
