Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

This apartment is situated 5 minutes off Inland Scenic Route 72 and less than 20 minutes from the friendly farming village of Geraldine. Use the apartment as a launch pad to local activities in Peel Forest (horse treks and bush walks), Lake Tekapo (ice skating, snow tubing, day spa and hot pools), Mt Cook (beautiful scenic walks and helicopter rides), or just a place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of town. We are a working farm running cattle, chickens and 1 dog.

Mountain Abode studio is attached to the main house but is a self-contained place with own bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor area. Guests will enjoy a snuggly king-sized bed, 65 inch TV and a comfortable sofa. Making it the perfect place to relax after a big day of adventures.

Opuke Escape

Tranquil retreat with mountain views, on the edge of the golf course. Escape to this 2025 build, semi-attached one-bedroom apartment located on the edge of Methven. Ideal for couples or small families, it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure. The apartment features a comfortable cal-king bed, modern bathroom and bright airy living space with kitchenette and Ecosa fold-out couch. Both rooms have stunning mountain views.
