Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Willkommen in unserem auch selbst genutztem Ferienhaus. Unser Anspruch in der vollständigen Sanierung im letzten Jahr war es Form, Funktion und Nachhaltigkeit zu vereinen. Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

La casa rural es una alternativa a los grandes hoteles típicos de turismo de masas. Pueden disfrutar de la naturaleza y también del contacto directo con el propietario. La familia recibe personalmente al visitante. Ver la flora y la fauna. El alojamiento es un poco anticuado, tiene jardín, terraza y TV por cable. La cocina y el baño no son grandes pero son bonitos y limpios. Por la noche es muy tranquilo porque no está en el centro de la ciudad. Disfrute de las vacaciones
