It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. Discover the traditional charm and absolute tranquility of Pelion. Wake up to the sound of the waves and savor the beauty of the sea. The house is adjacent to the sandy beach. On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
