Farmhouse feel, close to everything in downtown Puyallup! Walking distance to the Fairgrounds, 4 min from Good Samaritan hospital. Visit Pt. Ruston in Tacoma, or quaint downtown Sumner. Very centrally located. Only 40 mins to Seattle! All the comforts of home are here. A king sized bed upstairs with a full couch, smart TV & extra bedding. 2 more bedrooms downstairs. Nyholm Guesthouse 2BR HOT TUB

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.
