We loved our stay at Nino’s! The view from the back of the house was absolutely stunning! It was so convenient having the kayaks and paddle boards there to take a trip out to the nearby island. The house included all amenities that we needed to enjoy our time here. The restaurants across the street also had delicious food. We would definitely stay here again.

El trato de Pablo fue profesional y accesible. La villa hermosa, impecable con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer de la estadía una experiencia única. El acceso al poblado de Boquerón, sus negocios, restaurantes y playa es sumamente fácil ya que las villas están ubicadas allí, pero la tranquilidad en las villas para descansar es única.

If staying during the weekend, expect people to stay on the beach until late at night. The apartment is just as we expected, typical second home apartment being rented out on airbnb. Clean apartment, host provided clear instructions for self check-in. Pretty good “bang for your buck” stay in PR considering the price hike of the last few years.

Richard’s place was amazing. My boys loved their bedroom with the bunk beds. I liked that each room had its own bathroom. The place was fully equipped with all the necessities. The air conditioner in each room was a life saver. Richard was very responsive and helpful. Tons of restaurants near by that are walkable.

El apartamento es bien espacioso, con habitaciones grandes y una vista hermosa. Está súper bien ubicado, en una zona muy céntrica (aunque si no te gusta mucho el ruido, eso es algo a tener en cuenta). Todo el edificio está bien cuidado y los espacios en común son muy bonitos. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran es el tema del estacionamiento. Me parece un poco injusto que sea por orden de llegada y no por apartamento. Pienso que debería haber al menos un espacio asignado por apartamento, y los vehículos adicionales podrían ir en el estacionamiento extra que ofrecen los anfitriones. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo súper bien.

Siempre que voy a PR me quedo en Joyuda (tengo raíces familiares en el área), y más específicamente en este edificio. Lo conozco bien porque me he hospedado en cuatro unidades distintas. Este apartamento es, por mucho, el mejor de todos los que ha alquilado. Es amplio, cómodo, accesible, seguro, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una experiencia excelente. Lo recomiendo y ¡espero regresar pronto!

The complex is very and private and walking distance to the village. Price is great being that it can sleep up to 8 people, but since it was only two of was paying for our five day stay, it was a little costly for us and he mentioned he could not accommodate on the price regardless if its 2 people. Overall it was very memorable, would come back (with larger group) and highly recommend this! 😊

-Beautiful water view - water activities -friendly - Perfect instructions - busy road, so can take awhile to back out of the drive way. - Beach was rough with a lot of rocks, but the kids loved jumping the waves by the shore. -close to many activitiss. - We would stay here again!

Sunset Point is an excellent property. You are literally on the ocean. You walk down from the property to the sand. The sunsets were spectacular. The unit itself was clean, well appointed, and the bedroom a/c's were excellent. Having two bathrooms was also a plus. Pro tip: when you arrive you'll have to open the gate so park your car off the road across the street. Depending on time of day there could be a lot of traffic, but it's easy enough to do. I would definitely book Sunset Point again.

La casa cumple con cada una de las descripciones, es fresca, tranquila y perfecta para descansar. Soriel fue muy atenta en todo momento. La casa está en un buen lugar ya que encontrarás el supermercado, Rest y otras cosas justo al lado. En cuanto a la casa muy limpia, hermosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles. El área de la piscina fascinante. Definitivamente quedamos encantados con el lugar y pensamos volver en algún momento.

Absolutely gorgeous place right on the water with stunning views! Host was super helpful and responsive and answered questions quickly. Initial instructions for entry were a bit unclear, but host clarified when asked. It was easy to find the house, but unclear which gate to use as it's a multi-unit with each having its own vehicle gate (1 on North end, 2 on street side). the gate for this unit is the south gate on the street side. Pros: - Gorgeous views - Private deck overlooking the water. - Spacious, private, secure parking! - Close to lots of good restaurants - Comfortable, clean interior Cons: - Unclear initial instructions for which gate and how to unlock (host clarified when asked) - Difficult location to get in/out of gate (narrow road, blind curve, no space to park while opening/closing gate - we typically pulled over across the street) -minor inconvenience, but took a couple tries to get used to - Stray dogs were roaming the beach by the house and kept us from using it.

Beautiful home in a perfect location on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Comfortable, spacious, modern.

The place was conveniently located right on Buyé beach. The mattresses were comfortable and the AC units maintained the perfect desired temperature. The unit had basic amenities and the sheets,towels and linens were clean but worn. The beach itself was very populated with loud music coming from boats, jet skis and patrons on the beach until late evening. The sunsets were beautiful and the water was calm and shallow, which is perfect for young children.

What more could you want than this view and this gorgeous beach all to yourself most mornings and evenings! Sleeping with the sound of the waves… this was a great space for our family, for the kids to swim, for meals in the kitchen and coffee on the balcony. We would love to come back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Edmundo's penthouse is quite literally that, a PENTHOUSE! I would GLADLY stay here again! Not only was the place spotless, but there wasn't a single person's hair left in the beds or bath towels which is apparently very common with every other airbnb that I've been at in Puerto Rico. Edmundo's penthouse was GINORMOUS with phenomenal balcony views of the ocean. The sunsets were on a whole new level as well. Truth be told, I can't think of a single complaint about this place and I'm a picky person! One other thing that I want to point out is that Edmundo's penthouse has top notch security. There are multiple cameras around the complex and you can't get in without the proper door codes (there are multiple secured doors). Edmundo was also very flexible and allowed me to check in a little bit earlier without charging me a ridiculous fee. I can't wait to stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mary’s beachfront apartment in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and it was nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning — you can see the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the soft sandy beach just steps away. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, but also close enough to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Mary was an exceptional host, always responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and plenty of towels. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, it was the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it!!! 😁

The condo was wonderful. Laraine and Harry let us into the parking lot then showed us around, giving us a complete tour of our unit. The condo is spacious and has a great view of the ocean. It was well-equipped. The only suggestions for improvement are to supply microwave-safe plates instead of plastic and storage containers for leftovers.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch, and the direct access to the beach made everything incredibly convenient. Although we were only able to stay for one night, I truly wish we had more time to enjoy it. Heriberto was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely love to come back—highly recommended!

Muy precioso y cómodo el lugar. Anfitrión muy atento siempre a cualquier duda.

Lamentablemente nuestra estadía fue muy corta , pero puedo decir que el apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo. La cocina tiene todo lo básico para cocinar, las camas son cómodas y la sala espaciosa. Tiene un balcón muy acogedor y perfecto para desayunar y relajarse. El edificio es tranquilo y está bien mantenido y limpio. Carlos fue muy amable respondiendo todos mis mensajes prontamente y proveyó todos los detalles de forma muy clara. Jessica, también fue súper atenta y cordial. Si regreso a Cabo Rojo me quedo nuevamente en este apartamento y definitivamente lo recomiendo.
