Had a great time, very peaceful, very clean and private!

Amazingly clean, new home. It was a quick drive into Charlottetown and an easy drive to PEI National Park and Victoria by The Sea. Matt and MJ were accommodating, more than generous and helpful, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend this home!

The place was fantastic, a perfect venue for 4 friends to go on a short golf trip. Super well appointed place, a lot of nice touches such as labels on light switches (most places don't do that and you need to switch em all to see what they do!). Also, the beds were very comfortable, the night sky was amazing, it was very quiet and peaceful as well. We will certainly book again in the future!

Kate's place was and is absolutely amazing. The property is pristine and beautiful. It's even better than the descriptions say!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to unwind and relax. The hot tub was a great way to end the day under a sky full of stars. The fire pit, hammocks, and kayaks were also a bonus and very inviting. I wish that our stay at Kate's place would've lasted forever. I also recommend staying for more than one night, as one night will just leave you wanting more.(FIVE) STARS ALL THE WAY!

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating one of our best friends! The location was great and would be even more beautiful in the summertime! Host was super responsive and we all had the best time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great and we had everything we needed at the house for our stay!

We were a group of three moms and four girls ranging from 10-14 years old visiting Prince Edward Island for a week and this was a perfect place for us! Each of us moms had a lovely bedroom and shared a bathroom upstairs and the four girls enjoyed sleeping in the large bedroom in the basement and had a second bathroom down there. The girls also loved hanging out in the detached garage room! This home was a great place for us to enjoy all that PEI had to offer! We drove all the way to the east part of the island to stop at Dalvay by the Sea and then visit East Point Lighthouse, and drove west into Tyne Valley area, went to two shows in Charlottetown, and spent most of our days in the Cavendish area enjoying all of the Anne of Green Gables sights, Cavendish Beach, Avonlea Village, and a day at Shining Waters amusement park. The house had comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels, and felt safe and cozy. We would recommend it to others visiting the area!
