I made a same day reservation and showed up to a clean, beautiful place with very reasonable pricing. Sheva was very responsive and helpful !

I believe this was my fourth stay at the Carriage House - it is a beautiful, peaceful place and spotless. Laurie and Harry are wonderful, warm hosts. I so appreciate the ability to walk around their land and by the river. I look forward to my next stay with them.

Courtney's place was great! It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you could need and felt very cozy.

Beautifully decorated room, excellent location to downtown Phillips Avenue with lots of options for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Would have preferred darker curtains to block out early morning light. We enjoyed our stay, and Craig was very friendly and responsive.

This was my second stay in this location and I will for sure be coming back! The natural lighting, the comfy couch and spacious living area make it ideal for a weekend getaway or I plan on coming for a weekend to maximize my study and work like! Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Went for hunting trip with few other guys...Place is a bit larger than looks in pics...GREAT small town where you can walk to micro brewery...sports bar with a bowling alley...and fantastic restaruant/bar (Blue Moon). Barb was on top of everything ...Armour and this Air BNB are good stuff

The place was so comfortable and felt like home the minute we entered. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything was great! We highly recommend this place. We will not hesitate to stay there again!

Great value for the 3 of us. Nice to have a garage to put the boat in overnight.

Lisa’s place was very nice and relaxing. We liked that everything was labeled or “dummy proof”! She was very kind and accommodating to us with our slightly chaotic situation. Definitely recommend staying here and it’s also in a nice neighborhood within distance of many stores and restaurants! :)

Worked well for our stay while pheasant hunting for 3 days. House was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Comfy chairs and classic woodwork in the living room. Garage worked will for our dogs and the entry worked well for storing hunting clothes/gear. Dogs are not allowed in the house. There were many TVs with ROKU access. Some network channels were not available, such as Sunday night football. Pheasants had to be cleaned off site. All bedrooms are upstairs with the main bath, which has only a tub. A second small bath off of the kitchen has the only shower. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

Wonderful Christmas touches to make our family get together special! Great communication and met all my requests. Will be back!

We found the house to be well stocked and clean. We had 7 people stay including 2 adults and 5 kids ranging from 12-3 years old and we were very comfortable. Kids loved playing hide and seek in all the nooks and crannies. Stairs were a bit steep but kids navigated them well and there was a baby gate for younger kids. I was worried about being close to the road but the noise was not an issue and made travel more convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family to stay! Surprised by the kids toys and activities for them and homemade banana bread! The space was perfect for us! So many pillows and blankets! You don’t find a places that have enough and are cozy. This one has it all! Definitely will be recommending!

Rebecca was an amazing host. She was responsive, accommodating and helpful. She allowed us a late check out after we got in quite late, she recommended local spots for food and she was always available for any questions we had. The home had everything we needed for the night and being pet friendly was a huge plus! There were snacks available, dog poop bags, a tennis ball and bowl for the dogs as well. Ample parking as we are traveling with a truck and U-Haul. I love a place where you don’t have a laundry list of check out items to worry about and this is one of those places. Easy in and easy out. Great stay and would highly recommend.

We definitely will be staying at this Airbnb again. It was a little too cold to hangout outside but are looking forward to going back when it’s warmer. We still enjoyed staying inside with the comfy couches and some hot chocolate watching movies with our family!
