The beach is so close you'll hear the waves. The outdoor patio invites you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere that a beach holiday should be. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. You are close to parks and playgrounds, Cafes and shopping, surf and swimming. Leave your car at home and walk 2 minutes to all of this. It is a perfect family area from 2 legged to the 4 legged. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). No Schoolies Bookings.

Boudoir on Bryce St is a 350m walk to gorgeous Moffat Beach & Eleanor Shipley Park. A pleasant stroll down Bryce St gets you there, alternatively a walk along the creek & under Tooway bridge provides an alternative, with no need to cross a road. Set in our back garden, adjacent to our swimming pool, you will find our cosy, quiet & comfortable Boudoir. This space will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. We hope to welcome visitors to the area to share in what we like to call Home.

Little Sanctuary near the sea- Walk to 3 beaches.

Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is a guest suite beneath our home. We live above the property. We offer privacy to our guests. Bnb has its own entry/exit,Free parking, air conditioned Bedroom and private bathroom, ( not en-suite.)It is located through the kitchenette, approximately 5 metres away from the bedroom. Short walk to Kings beach, surf, and 12-15 mins walk to Shelly or Moffat, and to all of the eateries and bars. 2 mins drive. We use lovely hotel quality bed linen and towels.

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Lovely modern air-conditioned 4 bed/3bath house a short walk from Moffat Beach, Tooway Lake and the trendy cafes, brewery, art gallery and shops of this upmarket area. The park and the surf beach are across Seaview terrace from the cafes. The mineral pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. Sunset picnics on the Headland, waves on the point, beach walks, beachfront bbqs at the playground. We are pet friendly but you need to message me for approval.
