Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches or enjoy access to the Marlborough Sounds from the many tourist operators from the quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

We offer a BBQ to cook on with a microwave for heating. 10 min walk to Town (Restaurants & Bars), close to Ferries, Walking/Biking Tracks and both Marinas also a couple of swimming spots. You will awake to the sounds of native birds. Picton - Gateway to the Marlborough Sounds, Adventure and Scenic providers are based on the Picton Foreshore. Please note our unit has a kitchenette only: Jug, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer. 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from both ferries. Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , Microwave, Ninja Air Fryer Pro Xl (roast, bake, reheat and dehydrate) tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Has off-street parking with a separate space for a boat etc. Exterior security camera. The apartment is located on one wing of the main house with its own entry. Filtered water throughout the whole dwelling.

Little Bach in Picton

Our modest Little hoilday bach is a great place to relax or use as a base while exploring picton and malbrough sounds Scenic Paradise ... 10 +? minute walk to the picton marina via the Victoria track. 15- 20 +? minute walk to café, shops, supermarket, and ferry. via-Victoria track (not the road) our view is ever changing. The council has just removed the large trees and planted native bush.
