Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, foldable floor mattress and futon provided.
