The backyard has a fire pit. Includes A/C Winter: There is snowmobile access (using the lake). Skiing at Saddleback Mtn is only 25 mins away and Sugarloaf is 45 mins We also have a ping pong table, darts, wii, netflix, hulu, wifi and board games

New duplex unit 1 is located in the middle of town on Rangeley Lake. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and steps away from the town park and boat launch. Comes with a boat slip and has direct access for ATV and Snowmobiles. Saddleback mountain is only 15 mins away. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with large windows looking out onto the lake. Trailer parking available for boats or sleds. Dock on Rangeley lakes Hunter Cove. Fish, hunt, hike, kayak, ski, ride and relax. It can be rented on its own or with its sister cabins, Pinewood or Spruce Knoll.
