We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.

A modern townhouse for a nice comfortable stay. The bedroom includes a king-size bed and master bath with a walk-in rain-over shower. The living room has a cozy large sofa for watching the TV or enjoying your coffee. A full kitchen is also included with everything one could need. Please enjoy your stay in a contemporary retreat. Our home features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, conveniently located washer and dryer on the second floor and a private outdoor space in the fenced in backyard. There is parking available in the driveway directly in front of the home. This is a fantastic location for family vacations and fun getaways. It is centrally located in downtown Fairbanks.
