Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house nestled in the heart of many lakes,bike trails and snowmobile trails. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers. We have a full kitchen and a living room with a television to catch all your favorite shows. We also have a sitting room with no television to relax in. We have high speed wi-fi available throughout the property. We have an office area available for those that need to do a little work while staying at our house.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Two Bedroom on Sixth: Downtown Brainerd

Two Bedroom on Sixth St. is a comfortable and private upstairs apartment in a house with 3 other units. The two-bedroom apartment has its own outside entrance in the front of the house which leads right into the space you will be staying. There are 2 long term renters, and another studio Airbnb upstairs (Studio on Sixth). The backyard has one available space for guests to park. * Car noise possible in relation to being downtown on the main road, but less so upstairs.

Driveway is able to fit 2 trucks with trailers. The view of the sunset is amazing at this location. This property is unique as it was the former Busbey's store that sold groceries, gas, and supplies.
