Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is a studio apartment with a shared living and bedroom space. Your pet is welcome to use a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground! The unit is located 1 km from the beach and the river and 6 km from the small country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking and bike trails are easily accessible.

Moruya is a small south coast town with all amenities, markets, walks and bike paths and access to glorious beaches. We are 1 km from town in a rural landscape with extensive views. You will stay in a self-contained unit in a sustainable grand design eco-house in a peaceful setting. Your indoor space includes lounge, kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area, and there is a private garden space to sit and enjoy the views and a cuppa. There is an outside fire pit to enjoy when there is no fire ban.

Welcome to your secluded and dog friendly beachside escape! Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Our home is the product of combining recycled building materials, hempcrete and the enthusiasm and dedication from a couple who wanted to build their own home. Our space provides off-grid living with privacy, serenity and the comforts when you need them. In a central location for exploring, our place is your next homebase for a South Coast journey. Californian bungalow cottage in the heart of Moruya. House was built in 1936 & is typical of that era. River views from the deck, with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, and abundant living area. Yard not enclosed. We welcome happy guests with realistic expectations, who are interested in enjoying their stay & will treat us, our house, and our neighbors with consideration. Not suitable for children. Non-shedding dogs by arrangement. Additional charges apply for more than 2 guests.

Friendly farm stay near beach.

Our farm looks out to the sea, across lush green fields. Your private two story accommodation is self contained with outside living areas and modern amenities. The top story is the spacious bedroom and is ideally suited to a couple, with a queen size bed and magnificent views. It also has a daybed in the same room, that can be used by a child. Although the double sofa in the downstairs living area can be made up to be a double bed, privacy could be a concern. Families excepted.
