Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Studio apartment above the sea

Our studio apartment is situated in Mošćenice, a medieval town built on a hill overlooking Mošćenička Draga. This picturesque old town, with its narrow streets, passages and vaults, is included on the list of Croatian cultural heritage sites. It is situated 33 km from Rijeka-the biggest port in Croatia, and 75 km from Pula-economic and cultural center of Istria. For those who wish to visit the islands of Cres and Losinj, there's a ferry that leaves regularly located 14 kilometers from Mošćenice.

The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 6 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

Notre appartement est idéalement situé à 1,5 km de la plage de Mošćenička Draga, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs et à proximité de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. En entrant dans Mošćenička Draga, après le restaurant Al Ponte et avant le rond point, tournez à droite. Environ dans 500 m, près de la chapelle, tourner à gauche. This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

Immerso nel verde, con vista mare, nella zona più tranquilla del paese, da dove si può partire direttamente per delle bellissime escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, lungo i sentieri, adatti anche ai più piccoli, da dove si possono ammirare sia le colline che il mare. In 3 minuti (in macchina) si raggiunge una delle più belle spiagge del mare Adriatico.
