Heated floors! Would highly recommend, even during the off-season. We booked in March and it was a perfect, short walk to the Wenatchee river. A sister took a long walk and she was perfectly safe. The hot tub was perfect for under the shooting stars, and the kitchen was highly stocked for all of our cooking! The biggest highlight for the inside of the house was definitely the heated floors. We didn’t realize when we booked that the cabin had them. For the outdoor highlights, the porches and backyards allow for perfect scenery while drinking coffee or sipping on a cocktail. Will book again!

We had a lovely time during our stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need, plus some, the set up was very comfortable, and easy to maintain.

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend at Lorri’s place. We loved that this location was outside of the town on a dead end street. Lorri’s loft had everything (and more!) that we like to have in a rental. We really appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen: coffee, teas, cocoa and creamer; lots of spices, cooking oil, and lots of other staples. The hot tub and patio were lovely. Last but not least, the beds were super comfortable! Highly recommend this place.

Would 100% stay here again. Easy to find, the neighborhood is quiet, apt is cozy, inviting and clean. Host is friendly and helpful. True to pictures posted. And dedicated parking makes it a breeze to unload and load. And no stairs! Loved my stay here.

We come over to the Wenatchee area in the spring and in the fall to hike and bike. Kathy's rental has all the amenities we need: very comfy bed: well supplied kitchen; cable TV and WIFI, that work ! ; a hot tub with a wonderful view of the Palisades. Kathy is very quickly responsive to any questions or needs for supplies, but you always have complete privacy...we'll be back!

Great place for a family vacation, beautiful location along the river. Hot tub was a hit on a cold day after all -day skiing at Stevens Pass (50 min away). Leavenworth is a charming little town with amazing restaurants, wine bars and cute little shops. kids had fun tubing, sledding and doing bunny slopes at the local ski hill. Reava is a great host, the place was just as described, very spacious and cleaned. will stay again when in the area.

Very welcoming place to stay - best kitchen setup/cooking tools etc we have come across in a rental. Super clean and comfortable beds. Nice big table area for games/puzzles. Great hot tub and gorgeous river front setting. Cannot fish in this river though - we should have looked this up before we went and we didn’t - so check the WA state fishing regulations before you rent (anywhere really).

Wonderful accommodations for a multi-generational family getaway for grandparents, parents and young grandkids, with main floor sleeping room and plenty of space for family-friendly fun. Great location for a peaceful retreat and close to Plain Hardware and Leavenworth for a day trip.

Debbie’s place was nice and clean and had a great layout for our group. We really enjoyed the patio in back as it is on the golf course and the chairs were very comfortable.

David was responsive within a decent amount of time, and gave accurate directions to his place as well as detailed instructions on how to get to the destination. We really enjoyed our stay!

I highly recommend staying here. I loved being so close to everything in town, and the space was great for a family. Thanks again!

great value and was very clean and cozy when we arrived with charming holiday decorations. location is amazing being right next to the river and close to lake Wenatchee and 25 mins to Leavenworth. We had a wonderful time visiting during the holidays and was so happy how welcoming it was for our dog too. even the neighborhood was great with lots of neighbors saying hi and waking their dogs off leash. we did find the master bed a little uncomfortable and the wall heaters can make a bit of noise when turning on and off but overall these weren't big issues. would definitely stay again

This place was perfect! We just need a quick birthday weekend getaway. Fred went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, well organized and offered more than we expected. Perfect location, outstanding host, and a perfect setup!

The unit worked well for our stay in Yakima. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with pans, dishware, etc.

The house has beautiful light, and the views of the mountains from the hot tub were lovely. We rented in autumn; I imagine summer would be even better, with the river at the foot of the property. This is a great house for a big family with small children. It has a funky cabin/lodge feel, and cute decor. It is a decent value for the price.

We have family in the same area. This year we had a lot of people join us at the homestead and we rented this place to free up some room. This place was perfect for us and also allowed for more kitchen space since we had so much Thanksgiving food. We will definitely keep this in mind for future. Great, private and very peaceful surroundings.

We rented this home for my wife's 39th birthday with her girlfriends. The home is beautiful and had every amenity needed to feel at ease including beach/pool towels and bags. Plenty of dishes, bedding, and utensils for all the cooking we needed. The deck has a great view looking out towards the river and when we needed winery and transportation recommendations they had plenty to provide. This is now our #1 choice when staying in the area.

An incredible gem. My new go-to in Yakima. The view is amazing--the pictures don't do it justice. The space has all the mod-conveniences, yet is also rustic and with alot of character. The larger compound is full of flora and fauna (quail frolic outside the large picture windows) of which the Chris and Bonnie invite you to enjoy. The hot tub has the same sweeping view as the unit, and the pool area is nicely taken care of and is of resort caliber. Location is close to Yakima (less than 7-8 minutes to nearest large grocery store) but very much feels countryside. The amazing rock formation behind the compound (visible from the large private deck and from inside the unit) is amazing to see in the morning at sunrise--reminds me of the Redrocks ampitheater in Colorado. Chris and Bonnie--warm, inviting, fun, and engaged with their guests (if you want them to be)--you can tell they really like hosting people in their happy Yakima-adjacent universe.

What an incredible stay, I was here for about 5 weeks. I hope to be able to reserve again in the future. Btw - there ARE spices in the kitchen now.

The house is nestled up along the mountain side with beautiful views, and privacy. It’s a 20 min drive to Leavenworth. My family and I loved our time at the Gemini Lodge and we recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated that Ronna accepts pets and family’s. Ronna is a great host and we would stay again sometime!

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. An amazing find that we’d love to come back to! The house was wonderful and large enough for our group! We were able to cook group meals in the kitchen and spread throughout the house. The hot tub was lovely and I’m sad we were just a couple weeks early to appreciate the pool (which is why we’ll have to come back)! The park across the street was nice and overall our experience was exceptional!
