Glacier View Lodge - Beach, decks & the view

Glacier View Lodge is an Alaska style home with large wrap-around decks that offer full advantage of the spectacular glacier view. Across the road from the beach (remember we're in Alaska), the home revolves around the ground floor great room and open kitchen. Three bedrooms (2 - 2x doubles and one king) and full bathrooms round out the ground floor, while the 4th (king) bedroom and full bath are on the floor above. Please note: for everyone's safety - no parties or large gatherings permitted.

The Chilkoot Cottage: Bear Viewing & Fishing

This quiet and cozy 2-bedroom cottage is located 10 miles from Haines near the famous Chilkoot River, where bears and eagles congregate. Enjoy sweeping views of Lutak Inlet and the beach where bears and eagles may be seen. Chilkoot River and Lake are just down the road and offer fishing for salmon and world-famous bear viewing. The house is fully furnished and feels like a real Alaskan home. Chilkoot Cottage is truly the best location in Haines to enjoy a real Alaskan experience.

Town is a quick .4 miles away, and hiking and biking trails are nearby.

33 Mile Roadhouse is 33 miles from downtown Haines, just 7 miles from the Canadian Border. The Cafe is well-known for their world-class burgers. The property features 3 guest cabins available for rent year-round, just steps from the cafe, but with the most beautiful view of the mountain range. Gas, propane, and diesel available-“the last gas in America!”

The Nest

Our sunny little cottage sits 2.3 miles from town. There are many options for adventure just minutes away! Lots of beaches within walking distance of cottage. Wonderful trail system 1/2 mile away. Wake up to the sound of birds! Our place is good for couples, couples with small child and solo adventurers.

Apartment Dolphin House

Secluded three room vacation rental apartment suite with private entrance and private bath. It includes a fully equipped and stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. It overlooks the scenic Lynn Canal. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and has one queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
