Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Naturspielplatz sowie eine sonnige Terasse, die zum Grillen und Verweilen einlädt. Die naheliegende Badestelle am Teupitzer See ist ca. 200 Meter entfernt. The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.
