This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Under the Yellow Canopy Apartment is on the lower slopes of St Andrews Hill Road, Mount Pleasant, Christchurch Hidden up behind a stone wall on a shared walkway to your entry to the apartment. Please note the apartment is underneath a home occupied by the hosts. Your deck boasts panoramic views. Layout is Open Plan Living/Dining & Kitchenette, Bathroom, Separate bedroom with a King bed. Equipped with all the modern essentials including Smart Tv, Wifi and Heat Pump and washing machine.
