Telluride offers a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. Sit on the sunny decks or enjoy a fire in one of the 3 Kiva style fireplaces throughout the house in winter or fall. Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

Near Ouray (20 min), Telluride (45 min), Silverton (1 hr) and Durango (2 hr).We have a studio apartment above the garage.This is separate from the house. Main living space with full kitchen (cooking utensils, spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar,cream), dining table, sitting area, queen bed, twin bed (+twin air mattress). The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town.
