Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει από όλους τους χώρους απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 7 άτομα. Είναι κατάλληλο για παρέες, ζευγάρια και οικογένειες καθότι διαθέτει 1 master bedroom με ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, 1 master bedroom με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 main bathroom, σαλοκουζίνα και τραπεζαρία.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

The apartment accommodates 4 people.

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
