Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

호스트 게리는 제게 맞추어 모든일을 진행해 주었습니다. 제 친구가 체크인시간을 어겨서 문제가 발생했음에도 줄구하고 밤늦게까지 기다려 주었습니다. 숙소는 청결하고 내집과 같았습니다. 마침 다음일정이 없어서인지는 몰라도 체크아웃 시간을 조정해 주어서 제게 편의를 제공했습니다. 도보로 5분이면 청결한 현지음식을 즐길수있는 푸드코트가 있고 마야 소핑몰또한 도보로 6준이라 너무 편했습니다. 게리에게 감사하며 다음에 또 뵙기를 희망합니다. 감사합니다

Cyril and his wife have a nice place in a fantastic location that is walkable to most parts of the city but still a quiet escape when you need to recharge. Cyril is a great host that is super responsive

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

It as a great stay, Chiang Mai was fantastic we didn’t spend much time in the actual Airbnb since we had limited time in town but it was a fantastic place, location, amenities and staff were all great. We also found fantastic massage place near by so that was an added plus. A few pros: - Quite walkable to the downtown area. - Mall, 7/11 and supermarket walkable distance. - The security guards are very friendly and helpful. - Cool view and amenities.

Best Airbnb in my Southeast Asia trip! Felt right at home. AC worked perfectly, comfortable bed, clean and cozy place. If you as a guest are reading this review don’t doubt it, this is the place right to book.

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Superbe séjour passé en famille dans ce logement typique thaïlandais, au calme tout en étant au cœur de la ville. Hôtes accueillants et disponibles avec qui nous avons fait un cours de cuisine au top ! nous avons pu déguster les 4 plats préparés , je recommande vivement cette expérience 🙂 Des petits déjeuner extra différents chaque jours , tout étais parfait !

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful accommodation! The location couldn't be better,close to One Nimman and Maya shopping mall, there is anything you want to find yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood that made us feel like locals. What truly stood out was the host's exceptional attention to detail. From the warm welcome to the well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding, every aspect showed genuine care for guests' comfort. The space was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. And welcome basket made us feel extra special. The entire property radiates a warm, homey atmosphere that's hard to find in regular hotels. We especially enjoyed the garden area and living room. It's clear the hosts put heart into creating a space where guests can truly relax. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip and would recommend this gem to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and character. Loved my stay. It is more spacious that it looks in pictures. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Quiet area yet close to great supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Host is very responsive and kind. Felt like home

Nimit House 7 was an absolutely lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, and it’s an easy walk right across the canal to old town. We adored the private yard and balcony. We also really appreciated the easy availability of a filtered water tap with cold pitchers in the fridge. As with many places in the area, I would recommend purchasing a little mosquito spray if you tend to be sensitive to them! There’s a convenience store right around the corner where you can get that and anything else you may need. Nook Cafe right on the corner is a great little place for breakfast and coffee, and there’s a dispensary on this street too if that’s your thing. Overall this home was so very comfortable and beautiful. Thanks so much to Jane for a wonderful place to stay in during our time in Chiang Mai!

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

Napaphat's apartment is an excellent place to spend a week in Chiangmai. Situated on the town-facing side of the building, it's actually very quiet during the day and you don't get the perpetual traffic noise experienced on the other side. Well-placed for food outlets it's a short walk to the Maya department store and supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

we loved our stay here! the location was perfect! we could easily get around but also the location was peaceful for sleeping at night ✨🥳 Ming was a very helpful host, very responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations to visit 🥰

The giant balcony was perfect for watching the Songkran performances after having enough water splashed on me in the street. Bring everything you need, but there’s a store a few blocks away. Very nice place and nice host

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!
