LIVE music on the pier during the Spring/Summer into Fall months(til 11:00pm). Pool is seasonal mid April-October Unit is located on the 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR) of the Duneside III.

A very clean and tastefully decorated condo 2 bd, 2 bt , Sleeps 5-2 queenbeds. Overlooks the pool, sun deck and the ocean. The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.

A well-maintained gem right on the beach, close to restaurants and local attractions. Towels and linens are included in the price. We have added outside entryway cameras for everyone’s protection. The camera is located as a ring doorbell next to front door. And in back next to our patio. All cameras are on. HOA does not allow pets, thanks for understanding
