Welcome to StadLoft! Nestled in the vibrant heart of Zurich's Kreis 4, our modern studio offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city centre. You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops right at your doorstep and a 4-minute walk from the train and tram stops. Each studio is fully furnished with contemporary decor and all the essentials you might need (towels, hairdryer and kitchen supplies) to make you feel at home.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away

Cosy & central, lovely terrace over river & park

It's a lovely 2.5 room apartment located in the lively area of Wipkingen with a terrace over the river Limmat and Wipkinger Park. You can start your morning with a cup of good coffee and get going around by nearby public transportation or by my old bicycle. Great for couples, also with babies/kids (nearby playground and doors with better soundproof system). Great for home-office: a monitor available if requested.

This quiet yet centrally-located place is perfect for 1-2 people visiting Zurich for couple of days. It's fully furnished as I rent this apartment when travelling myself. The building is only three years old. The apartment is on the last 4th floor and provides view on hills and Alps. There is an elevator. Walking distance to the river, shops, public transportation, restaurants and bars.
