I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely perfect stay at Chuanchai’s villa in the peaceful SeaBreeze village! We were a group of four adults traveling with a dog, and this pet-friendly home exceeded all expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—immaculate and lit up beautifully at night. We also loved the cozy lounge area by the pool, perfect for late-night chats under the string lights. Chuanchai was an exceptional host—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. From the smooth check-in to the free snacks waiting for us, every detail was taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in providing a great experience. Quiet location, great amenities, and just a short drive from Pattaya’s attractions. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Full stars and highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

De accommodatie was boven onze verwachting. Met het zwembad het middelpunt en trekpleister van het huisje. We voelden ons gelijk thuis en werden goed opgevangen ondanks dat we wat eerder waren. De omgeving is rustig maar alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. De host is super helpvol en reageert heel snel op vragen. Bedankt Deedy en misschien tot de volgende keer

This accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The bed is cozy, and there’s space for activities. The surrounding area is quiet and private, with security guards patrolling the neighborhood regularly, making us feel safe. It’s easy to find and conveniently located. The host responds quickly, is friendly and kind, and gives great recommendations. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

This Airbnb was huge and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place. The host was responsive and helped us whenever we needed assistance.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.
