Felt right at home. The room was spacious for two people! We had 4 pieces of luggage and there was enough room. Host was great. 10/10 experience! It was easy to find. Location was close to suwon station, within a 10 minute walk. Elevator worked great. It’s not on a hill. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The washing machine works great. And the air conditioner kept the room cold. Would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at the place, with everything we needed, and the place was neat and tidy. Also, location was good as the area had lots to do and it was easy to get to Goyang stadium. We would recommend.

A perfect gem in the heart of Seoul! This convenient adorable 2 bedroom retreat is a fantastic option for anyone desiring privacy, safety and comfort. With the subway station practically a few steps away, getting around town was easy and fun. Upon entering, we loved the neutral and modern decor! The super comfortable beds, simple to use appliances and all necessities for the traveler were welcoming signs for us. For the first time with our international travel, we did not have to purchase water bottles since the water filtering machine delivered pure tasty water at our fingertips! It is apparent that the owners pay great attention to details to offer comfort, cleanliness and luxury for the international travelers in mind! I would highly recommend this spot if you are traveling to Seoul!

It was really close from the Hongdae station, also close from Hongdae street. Room and washroom was little smaller than I thought. However, it was clean, and the free amenities were the biggest advantage (washing machine, microwave, water purifier, etc) If I visit Korea again, I will definitely rebook here when I want to go to Hongdae.

The place was very close to the green line and easy to locate. Mike was responsive and the stay was great!

Second time staying here. Everything is just what we needed for our stay! Would stay here again next time.

보통의 에어비앤비라고 생각했는데 서비스는 호텔식 서비스같아서 좋았어요. 쓰레기 분리수거도 퇴실 후에 해주시고 그외의 응대도 빨라서 좋았습니다. 세심한 서비스에 감동했고 다음에 이것때문에 또 이용할거 같아요!!

Overall a great stay! I have two young children and the apartment was just the right size. The location is good and taxis are readily available (recommend the K.Ride app instead of users for American travelers). The COEX Mall is right across the street, but wasn't great for young kids, aside from the Starfield Library. We had more fun at the Lotte mall, which was a 20-30min taxi ride with all the traffic. The apartment itself was very well equipped, VERY clean, and the washer and dryer in the room was a huge plus. Also, a small convenience store on the first floor in the same building came in very handy! The host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended!

아침 일찍 서울에 전시회를 보러 가느라 네 가족이 하루 머물 곳이 필요했는데 남부터미널역, 예술의 전당과 아주 가까우면서 이 정도 가격에 특히나 이렇게 고급스러운 시설이라니! 모두가 진심으로 감탄하며 하루만 묵는 것을 아쉬워했습니다. 비즈니스 호텔보다 저렴한 금액으로 훨씬 좋은 환경에서 지냈어요. 앞으로도 서울에 갈 일이 있을 땐 여기로 찜했습니다.ㅎㅎ 오래오래 유지해주세요~~

Отличное жилье! Расположение прекрасное! Рядом несколько станций метро, до многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Народу не так много, спокойно можно гулять. Само жилье очень удобное, всё есть. Единственный минус - лифт. Квартир на этажах много и часто приходится долго ждать. И надо привыкнуть к раздельному выбросу мусора. А так все отлично! Рекомендую!

Très bien! Comme tous les wecostay, la chambre est très propre, moderne, bien équipée, bien décorée, bien isolée. Le lit est parfait. Tout est fonctionnel. L’arrivée et le départ sont facilités grâce aux instructions de l’hôte, à la possibilité de laisser ses bagages en consigne et au check-in/check-out autonome. La seule chose dans cette chambre est le lavabo qui n’est pas dans la salle de bain, mais juste devant (pareil pour le meuble de rangement avec les serviettes). J’ai également trouvé dommage qu’il n’y ait pas séchoir intégré dans le meuble comme dans certaines chambres de l’enseigne (ou de séchoir mis à disposition). Mais ce n’est qu’un détail, la chambre dispose d’une machine qui sèche également le linge, donc ça compense :) Métro juste à côté du bâtiment, et aussi plusieurs arrêts de bus (dont les bus en provenance ou à destination de l’aéroport). Je recommande fortement! Je reviendrai sans hésiter :))

A really cute and cozy place! Really enjoyed my stay here, at first I was worried it might be a little far from places but it ended up being a perfect location with stores right around the corner and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby- transport is easy and cheap (taxi and public) to get to other places. The bed and bedding is sooooo soft and comfy too me and my friend were obsessed with it :D The room was small but not in a bad way- we managed to fit 11 days of shopping, 3 big suitcases and clutter/mess so not bothersome at all.

A very conveniently located studio in a perfect spot in hongdae with many things to do within a 2 minute walk from the home. The home was very clean and easy to find, and any issues were quickly addressed by the host! I would highly recommend this place for people who are having their first time in seoul!

가격이 저렴하고 사실 바퀴벌레나 벌레가 있을까봐 걱정 했는데 한마리도 없고 냄새도 안 나고 몇일 편하게 지낸거 같았습니다. 다만 창문이 없다는 건 어쩔 수 없지만 진짜 가격도 너무 착했고, 호스트님이 빠른 답변 덕분에 오래 기다리지 않고 답장에 신경 써주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 좋은 가격에 묶을 수 있고 바로 앞에 구리시장도 있고 역도 가까웠고 바로 옆에 이마트 편의점과 버스타고 오면 바로 앞에gs25가 있어서 너무 편리했습니다 감사합니다 다음에 또 지내고싶습니다.

콘서트 있어서 숙소 이용했는데 도보로 1분도 안걸리는 곳에 올림픽공원 가는 버스 정류장 있어서 너무 편했어요! 정류장뿐만 아니라 버스 타고 한 5정거장인가 그래서 올공이랑도 가깝기도 엄청 가까웠음😌 그리고 시간이 꼬여서 체크인 시간보다 한참 이른 아침부터 어디에 있어야하나 고민하고 있었는데 청소 완료되어있으니 먼저 들어가도 된다고 친절하게 말씀해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다😚 바로 밑에 술집(?)같은게 있어서 소리가 좀 들릴 수 있는데 저는 별로 거슬리지 않아서 꿀잠잤어요~다음에 또 체조콘서트 있으면 또 이용하고싶어요 추천합니당!

Yuju's place was very cozy and we'll equipped for a reasonable price. She was very communicative sending us many tips for the area and apartment. The heated floor and heated blanket were very appreciated, and the shower had good water pressure. While the apartment is in a hilly area, Yuju helped explain how to use the local bus to minimize walking up hill. Keep in mind the bed is traditional Korean floor mattress which foreigners might need some getting used to. But as I've been to Korea and Japan before I was expecting this :) One small complaint is that sorting the garbage was a bit of a pain and we had to buy special bags from the store for different garbage types that were only sold in large amounts so I would have preferred if these were provided for simplicity. Other than that small thing, we had a great stay and would strongly recommend Yuju's place. The price and location is very good and the space is cozy.

見つけにくいとこが多い中、すぐにわかった。入室に関しても事前の説明通りでわかりやすい。戸惑ったのはwifi利用時と無料提供のキムチや麺類などがどのようにしたらいいのかわからなかった。何かわかりやすく表示してあれば良かったのかも。ただホストに聞いたら即、返信いただき利用はできました。

She was a great host and very responsive! Although the place is small and don’t provide you with most amenities you get what you pay for especially in such an affluent area. Also I was out and about all the time so the stay was mainly for sleeping/rest. Overall, it was a fine stay.
