Harbour House

Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.

Cozy & private 1 bedroom space in the lower level of our home in the beautiful Departure Bay area. Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Large living room and open concept kitchen stocked with all the necessities to make meals. Queen size Sealy bed with private bathroom including deep tub/shower combo. Full premium cable and Wi-Fi included. Large chaise sofa and flat screen tv's in living room & bedroom. Quiet neighbourhood centrally located and close to dining, shopping and ferries.

Welcome to Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. We are located on a quiet rural area with a beach access road right across the street! It's a short stroll to go down and enjoy the view. The best accesses for entry to the water are just a short walk away also. This is a large 2 room suite in our home completely self contained for privacy. Self check in with designated parking spot for you. We are hosts on site if you need anything. We are located between Nanaimo and Parksville, 15 min. either way.

Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

My place is close to parks, restaurants and long lake. From here you are less than 10 min from enjoying a day at the beach, or the lake. Downtown Nanaimo is a short drive away. Use this as a home base while exploring Vancouver Island. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). An additional $25 fee per stay will be added for pets this will come as a modification to the rental and needs to be paid before check in.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company.
