We are located on a quiet cul de sac next to Wild Goose Cove, a half mile to Starbuck beach and less than a mile to Madaket Beach and Millie's restaurant. Also close to the Wave Bus stop & bike path, which make it easy to get around. It's a bright and breezy end unit. There are two decks for relaxing and socializing. Recently renovated, the unit is fully furnished and equipped for a memorable summer getaway.

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Madaket Retreat-Walk to Beach-Near Madaket Sunset

Our custom built home is located on a private, natural and secluded location in the beautiful Fishers Landing neighborhood in Madaket. It is perfect for a family of 4. The home is close to beaches, crabbing, bike paths and Madaket Millies. We have a large private landscaped yard for the kids to play in. We also have a great deck in the back of the house for outdoor dinners, an outdoor shower with and BBQ area. It's a great house in a great spot and we have many happy repeat guests.

In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.
