We had a wonderful stay. The place was so relaxing and the unit has all the things that we need as a family. The unit was very clean specially the bathroom. Leen was super helpful and easy to deal with. Definitely will be back again!

Jennifer is very responsive and easy to deal with. Because of Jennifer's place, we were able to enjoy our stay in pico de loro. The place is clean and big enough to accomodate 6 persons.

We'll never forget our stay in this unit - the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The unit was spotlessly clean and fresh, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including drinking water, utensils, basic supplies, and cooking ware. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The entire booking process, from initial inquiry to check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tes, with assistance from Ms. Violy and Ms. Noemi. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! We'd love to return and experience it again. John is very responsive with all of our questions and needs. The room has 4 beds + 1 extra matress and sofa bed. The room is clean and in good condition. It was a comfortable stay!

Host is responsive and very easy to deal with. She even made sure she was there to meet us to hand over the keys and endorsed us to the caretaker. The place included nice beds, internet and functional appliances. It even has a hot and cold water dispenser that will save you from buying or bringing drinking water. This home is also kitchen ready for short cooking or take out meals. They also provided toiletries. Suggestion: • Provide Towels • Dry rack for the balcony Overall, our family stay has been a relaxing. Thank you for providing us a home at Pico. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

It was a pleasant stay. There was just a bit of delay during entrance registration but it was taken cared of immediately.

Ms Yuri, Ms Susan and Maricel were all very helpful. The place was just right for a 5-person trip. My 7yo boy spent his birthday there and had a blast. The place offered the convenience of being in a resort and a home away from home.

Relaxing place to stay. Our favorite part is the view of the lake. The super king bed was also very comfy. Good space to relax. The host was very responsive and accommodated our requests, thank you so much again! 🙏

Staying at Casa Tawhai for New Year was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a home away from home—but better! The property itself was stunning. The layout was perfect for family bonding! With the amenities so close to each other—like the charcoal grill right next to the outside dining area and the pool/sauna just steps away—it was so easy for everyone to stay connected and enjoy each other’s company. Whether we were cooking, swimming or relaxing, we were always together, making the experience even more special. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend Casa Tawhai to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. It’s the perfect retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying quality time surrounded by nature and tranquility.
