Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

There’s several excellent pubs & restaurants nearby, including a gourmet restaurant pub where you can enjoy a full English, a three course meal or an amazing Sunday roast. Droitwich Spa is an easy walk along the canal for pubs, shops & restaurants. Local pub serving food 2 mins walk. Pet by arrangement, TV, Wifi, Parking.

Hunters Lodge Warwickshire

A luxurious self catered barn conversion offering a unique and romantic escape nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside. A place to relax and unwind whether it’s in our gorgeous freestanding bath tub, our 4 poster bed or by putting your feet up in front of the log burner and enjoying the warm and ambient glow. Take a dip in our traditional outdoor spa bath tub situated in your private patio area and watch the sunset across the fields. This is truly a stunning and unforgettable stay.

Byfield House

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

The Venue Luxury Barn

"The One With The Slide" a luxurious open plan barn conversion with enormous hot tub, games table, 65 inch TV and yes - a slide down from the luxury mezzanine bed chamber. Ideal for couples alone or with kids. A fully equip kitchen, large bathroom with 2 person shower, fantastic countryside views and an outdoor space, light the fire pit (wood not provided) for added ambiance and stargaze the autumn Skys from our hilltop location. 1 bedroom with a king size double plus 1 double sofa bed.

Perfect for a weekend or short getaway break. Self contained, spacious cottage attached to our 17th century farmhouse home. Up a gated driveway with beautiful views. Lovely walks. Designated parking space right outside. 5 miles from historic cathedral city of Worcester. Large living/dining room with sliding doors to private courtyard with views. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Central heating. Small wood burning stove with starter log pack provided. Pub, shop and post office 1 mile.

Lakeside Lodge- 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

Varden House - Peace and space to enjoy your stay

Varden House is a spacious and comfortable place for 6 guests to relax and enjoy their stay in rural Worcestershire. Downstairs features a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, a king bedroom with shower room en suite, an additional WC, and a spacious living/dining area with a 55" smart TV. Upstairs there is a twin room (2 single beds) and a king bedroom, with a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. The 20x20m rear garden is shared with our other holiday cottage.

Newly refurbished stables, converted to the highest standard, set on the edge of the Cotswolds on beautiful private farmland. Perfect for a romantic, peaceful getaway or as a base for explorers. Complimentary chocolates and chilled prossecco will be waiting for you on arrival. Tea and coffee are also provided. Put your feet up and relax, watch something on one of the two smart / internet connected tv's, go for a walk in the 35 acre grounds, or visit one of the many local attractions.

The barn sits in the grounds surrounding Moat Farm, a historic Grade 2* listed, 16th Century moated farmhouse. The Barn@MoatFarm boasts luxurious White Company feather bedding and quality beds, a cosy sitting room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. The barn is perfect for a romantic stay or a sightseeing trip with friends and family

Jack's House - Countryside retreat

Unwind at this peaceful countryside retreat, named after the family horse who was stabled here. Located on a working organic farm, Jack's House has been lovingly restored with underfloor heating, high-beamed ceilings and bi-fold doors, for a modern yet charming feel. Fitted with everything you need to switch off, relax and enjoy the stunning Worcestershire views that reach as far as the Malvern Hills, the perfect backdrop for any escape.
