We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

I enjoyed the stay. The location is great. I stayed in the Marina a number of times and actually stayed at this condominium previously I do have a few recommendations: the bed linens could be newer and of better quality, it would be nice to have a hair dryer, there was a water jug holder, but no drinkable water. It would have been nice if there were some lamps in the living room and a coffee table. Also, it would have been nice if there were some lamps in the bedroom. The two futons in the living room were not overly comfortable but had clean protective covers on them. Joana was very responsive and permitted me a little bit of a later check out. A brand new lock was installed while I was there which was nice - but instructions were a bit unclear- but it all worked out just fine!! Overall my stay was quite pleasant and would definitely recommend this spot!!!

Excelente ubicación albercas grandes con jacuzzi ambiente muy familiar y agradable

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

El lugar es para relajarse, es cómodo y relajado, tiene una vista hermosa, la playa más cercana está en promedio a 10 min pero el camino no es apto para cualquier auto aunque la playa es muy bonita. En cuanto al alojamiento no tengo ninguna queja, Sandra fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente, lo recomiendo

Great place for Christmas vacation. Family of 8 (4 children) had a great time with plenty of space for us all. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed resort amenities and purchased AI passes from hotel. Condo was well stocked, even with boogie boards for the kids. Would love to go back.

El condominio está en perfecto estado, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Las amenidades están muy agusto, piscinas con agua tibia y todo muy limpio.

Excellent location in the Zona

El lugar es mucho mejor que como luce en laa fotografías publicadas. Está cerca de todo lo que nos interesaba. Amablemente nos respondían a todas nuestras dudas. Muy recomendable.

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with 2 other families and the space was perfect for us all. Lots of room for everyone and great open shared space to hang out as a group. Our other friends also stayed in a different unit in the complex, so it was really convenient for our group. The ocean views were amazing, and the pool was great! The kids really enjoyed it every day. Ezekiel was a very responsive host and helped us with golf cart rentals and was on top of replying to every message. Would recommend staying here.

El departamento está muy bonito, cómodo, una zona muy tranquila, la comunicación con Óscar fué excelente, mis hijas encantadas con la alberca, el canto de los gallos por la mañana es un extra muy agradable, súper recomendable este lugar, sin dudarlo me volvería a hospedar con Óscar muchísimas gracias

Great apartment with excellent views. The location was really good. Walking distance to various convenience stores and grocery store. The unit was as described and matched the photos. Communication was really good. At first, had a couple of issue with dirty/old towels and a bit of fish odor due to previous users, but Abel was very responsive and quickly provided fresh towels and brought a couple of air wick freshners and added baking soda to fridge. Pros: Views, Family Friendly, Pools, Walkable. Unit was clean, neat/organized, and the communication was really good. Cons: Could not listen to music in the pool area (bldg policy), could not drink beers by the pool unless in an insulated cup (Yeti/HydroFlask), Access to the Beach not possible through Bldg unless an owner with a badge. AirBnB guests had to go around. Most of the Cons are Bldg rules not the Unit itself. Overall the place was amazing and would definitely use again in the future.

David is an excellent host, super efficient to attention to detail, cordial and friendly. The apartment was impeccable, very spacious and fully stocked, with more amenities than we were even able to enjoy. Great taste and decor, super chic!! Front desk is very nice and polite as well. Rooftop pool was amazing to have, after a dreadful previous rental experience (totally different place and owner). Condo is safe and close to everything.

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

departamento amplio bonito y nuevo, Arturo está al pendiente de cualquier situación. el único detalle es que los vecinos tapan un poquito la vista al mar. excelente relación calidad precio.

We enjoy the Vidanta facilities and the pool at the facilities as well. We Uber to Vallarta and to other places. Beautiful place as described!

Le logement était très bien , comme sur les photos. Il manquait de rien pour cuisiner . La piscine sur le toit n’est pas chauffée c’est dommage car il y a beaucoup de place sur le toit . Celle d’en bas est chauffée mais moins de chaise et pas de parasols, il y a quand même de l’ombre. Pour faire l’épicerie il y a le Wal Mart et le Chedraui pas loin . On pouvait commander des bouteilles d’eau de 20 litres au gardien à l’entrée se fut très apprécié. Oscar nous a très bien reçu à notre arrivée . Il nous a donné des rafraîchissements pendant qu’il nous expliquait les commodités et qu’on visitait les installations. Très beau séjour .

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.
