This place was awesome, it was by far my favorite place I stayed while visiting the Philippines. The hosts were both great, they were knowledgeable about the local hotspots, and even guided us to a uncrowded beach for snorkeling. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

Happy with our experience staying at Kelvin and Glenda's place. The beach is just a few minutes away. The property is quite and private. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. The WiFi is pretty good. Can easily recommend IslandView Holiday Villas.

Overall i’d say it was a great experience for my friends and i, and the host was very responsive.

This was one of the most pleasant Airbnb stays I’ve had. The house was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping every other day, and it always smelled amazing thanks to the scented sticks placed throughout. The host was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants, the location is peaceful and quiet, and both Dumuluan Beach and dining spots are still within reach. Because it’s slightly off the main area, the pricing is also very affordable for what you get. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay with a relaxed vibe—this is a great choice.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön. Die Ruhe & Privatsphäre welche sie einem bietet ist unschlagbar und jedes Rappen wert. Das Bett war gross & sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage welche das Zimmer schön heruntetkühlt. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und wird nicht zu warm. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum entspannen ein und bietet viel Ruhe. Wir haben und oft nach dem hektischen Alona Beach in unsere Unterkunft zurückgezogen. Die Gegend vom Alona Beach kann ich nur empfehlen, viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben die chocolate hille und tarsier sanctuary selbstständig mit dem von der Unterkunft organisierten Roller erkundet (ca 1.5 std fahrt). Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der gebuchten Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

It was was a nice stay for my wife’s family after a wedding plenty of room , the caretakers are super nice , and welcoming. Will book again in the future.

Was everything that was promised and more. Strongly recommend. Even baked pizza in a oven for us!

This property far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for somewhere close to Sumilon Island and the whale shark tours. It was even closer than the map indicated. You can see the island from the property and the boat dock was 5 minutes away. The whale shark tour was about 2 minutes farther. The surroundings were exceptional. We snorkeled every day right off of the property and saw everything we could imagine in 3 days. There were sea turtles, dolphins, and we did not even need the whale shark tour as they passed by right in front of the property. Moreover, the place comes with an exceptional staff that provides everything you need. Fay and Jay were also wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Cebu. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

It’s perfect for my big family. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the clean pool. Care takers are very helpful.

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. My friends and I had a fantastic time here! Ronan was very responsive whenever we messaged him and helped organise us drivers to pick us up from the airport. The staff there were also very friendly and helpful, making us breakfast everyday and helping us book drivers for our activities. Pool area was a highlight too !

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Nice pool in the yard. Plenty of room. Felt very good and secured. Staff was helpful and made everything so we could feel as comfortable as possible. Nice balconies.:) Highly recommended if you are in a region!:)

Lovely house. Everybody is very helpful and always available. Only thing is, if you want to book any activity or taxi from cebu, try booking it on your own and not through them. Huge price difference for the same services and experiences. We did this mistake and booked few things from them, and later when we got to know the real prices, it was shocking.

Skye personally welcomed us. She provided all important information about the place even before we had arrived in Dumaguete. It’s nearby the airport, just take the tricycle to get there. Easy. The place is walkable with nearby restaurants. Or take the tricycle to City Mall for your groceries. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything you need. TV’s with Netflix in every room. There is Food Panda or Grab Food for delivery if you want to stay in. It pretty much has everything you need during your stay. One thing I would suggest is to bring your own towels because those provided at the house are the fleece ones that are not absorbable at all.

Un superbe séjour dans cette maison juste incroyable ! L eau de la mer était agitée donc pas génial pour le snorkeling et appart profiter de cette environnement de rêve il n y a pas grand chose à faire… cependant si vous venez dans l idée d un séjour reposant ou entre amis c le top

We had a great time in this accommodation, we choose the one with kitchen and it was a beautiful whole house with a varanda with great views. The restaurant had delicious and affordable prices. The owners and staff were very friendly and help us in anything we needed. We were concerned about location but in fact to go to the tourist spots is necessary transport anyway so they help us when we required it. We would stay there again for sure.

First of all, the staff at Na-Yah Beach Villas are the most amazing people and the most welcoming people I’ve met. My family and I had the best of time at Azela’s Villa. The place was very spacious , was able to fit 10 adults and 2 kids. The only disappointing thing about our stay was it was too short. Will definitely come back here and stay for longer next time. The place was okay clean, cozy, and all the details were accurate. We encountered a brownout during our stay, and the downside was that they didn’t have a backup generator. Also, the caretaker was a bit off not very approachable when it came to assisting us. But overall, the experience was great.
