A 5 min walk from the ferry terminal, IGA, Bottle-o and local bus stop to access beaches & bays, or hire an island car to explore this beautiful unspoilt island paradise. Our Granny Flat is a tranquil space, set high up in the palm trees overlooking our pool. Lorikeets and butterflies cruise by and you'll hear the occasional train toot. Railway Estate is a lovely suburb that's walking distance to the QCB Stadium, less than 10 min drive to the city and extremely popular Strand area and restaurants. The entire Granny Flat is yours with private access, kitchen and living area, separate bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with rain shower and washing machine.

Island Cottages •

New fully equipped 2 bedroom house only a block away from Nelly Bay beach on tropical Magnetic Island. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom (2nd beroom will be locked if booked for 2 pax) or 2 bedroom house depending on your needs. There is a queen size bed in both bedrooms. Great central location, less than a minute walk to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, clinic, playground, public BBQ on the beach front and bottle shop. Couple minutes to cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakery and bank.

Marina View Nelly Bay Magnetic Island

Your home away from home during your stay on Maggie is lovely "Marina View" a studio style apartment with a comfy King Size bed, bathroom with everything you need, coffee Pod machine, toaster & microwave, living area with TV and DVD and a private terrace with sensational views of the marina and our fantastic sunsets. Please note this is a resort studio style unit & the above is the only cooking amenity but you have BBQ’s & restaurant nearby and cafes within walking distance. Relax and enjoy!

The Footbridge Garden Studio

The Footbridge is a one bedroom studio on the doorstep of beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Adult guests, whether your a single or couple , will enjoy a private courtyard and own pool. A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Enjoy beautiful beach side sunsets and the magic of the famous Magnetic island Butterfly park at your back door The Footbridge studio is the perfect getaway.

My humble* island girl is a self contained 1 bed unit tucked two streets back from local favourite ‘Alma Bay’. You will wake to the sounds of wildlife and be surrounded by lush boulder hills. Ideally sleeps 2, but contains a fold out couch too. There is a patio facing the garden to enjoy. Close by: - Alma Bay (4 mins walk) - Walking tracks - Arcadia Store (2 min drive) - IGA and Terminal (5 minute drive) - Arcadia Pub (5 min walk) *simple island apartment with everything you need.

So close to all amenities but surrounded by trees, birds, wallabies, koalas. With the creek across the road you feel like you're in a tropical rainforest.

Located on a no through road amidst tropical palms is our fully self contained 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop.
