This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Oak Barn - Idyllic, Quiet, Rural Barn Conversion

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

The Old Vicarage Coach House

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom (shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
