This is my private apartment, which I rent out while I'm on vacation. That means it is fully equipped with everything you might need. It is very close to the subway, convenient to reach from the airport and from the motorway. The building is from 1895 and with that come high ceilings, wooden floors, large double windows and excellent sound proofing. It's located in the back yard away from the street with a balcony looking out over a dreamy cemetery with linden trees just as old.

Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.
