The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses erwartet Sie eine idyllische Sicht auf die schönsten Weingärten unserer Gegend. Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

Location: The central location allows you to comfortably explore historical sights, top-notch restaurants, and vibrant shopping streets on foot. Public transportation is also easily accessible, enabling you to explore the entire city with ease. The surrounding offers: Parliament, Burgtheater, Rathauspark, Volksgarten, University, Volkstheater, Christmas Markets, Heldenplatz and much more.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Unsere zwei, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnungen in Mörbisch warten auf Euch :-))) Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch :-)) Jede Wohnung, 35 m2, hat einen eigenen eingezäunten süßen Garten und eine große Terrasse. Näher zum See und ins Dorfzentrum geht es nicht :-) Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.
