Located in Port Ritchey FL, the villa sleeps 8 with a Sunroom & Lanai sitting area, and a garage / gaming area for the kids. It’s north from the famous beaches in St. Petersburg, and 30mins to Tarpon Springs. Our home is centrally located and minutes away from restaurants, shopping and near by Hudson beach. Plus some of Florida's most famous springs with manatees and other wildlife's to see.

Escape to our private guesthouse located in our peaceful but lively 7-acre farm with our family of horses, ponies, Guinea hens, ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies, cats, & very lovable dogs. Welcome to La Palma New apartments is very quiet place, WiFi , kitchen, free parking, close to the beach and nice Restaurant, 45 minutes from the Tampa Airport, 5 minutes to New Port Richey Downtown. Maximum of 2 Pets are allowed but there is $100 fee for pets, to stay in for a later checkout is a $20 fee.
